FY 2011 S.A.F.E. Grant Year-End Report

FY '11 S.A.F.E. funds should be expended (or encumbered) by December 31, 2011 and the FY '11 Year-End report is due January 31, 2012. If you have any unspent FY '11 funds, please use the page in the report to file for a six-month extension.

DFS is pleased to announce that the Student Awareness of Fire Education Grant Application for Fiscal Year 2012 is now available. The applications are due back at the Department of Fire Services by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2011. This will be the 17th Year of the S.A.F.E. Program that has been so effective in reducing child fire deaths and raising a fire safe generation of children.

FY 2010 S.A.F.E. Grant Year- End Report Form

Here is the FY10 Year-End Report Form. Grant Year-End Reports are due back to the Department of Fire Services by January 19, 2011. Completion of this report is required in order for your community to be considered for future grants.
