In cooperation with Viessmann Manufacturing, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has released a voluntary recall of the Viessmann Vitodens 200 boilers due to a fire hazard. Please see the bulletin on the link listed: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09002.html.

Consumers should stop using the boilers immediately and contact their certified and licensed heating contractor or Viessmann for a free replacement of the boiler's O-ring.
