Please right click on the link(s) below and select 'save target as' from the drop down list. Select where you want the file(s) to be saved (remember where you saved these file(s) as you will need to go back to the directory to open them). Once the file(s) are saved go to the directory where you saved them and double click on them: this will start either the PDF Reader or Microsoft Word program depending on which you have downloaded.
