State Police Participate in Greater Love Tabernacle Prayer Service

On Sunday, July 8, 2007, Colonel Mark F. Delaney, State Police Chaplain Rabbi William Hamilton and members of the Massachusetts State Police participated in the Law Enforcement Prayer Service hosted by Reverend William Dickerson and the parishioners of the Greater Love Tabernacle Church in Dorchester. Members of the Massachusetts State Police, the Boston Police Department and the Transit Police Department were honored for the efforts in combating violence and ensuring safe neighborhoods for the local community. Following the prayer service, members attended a reception where they were able to meet and interact with the parishioners. The Department greatly appreciated the invitation and prayers that were bestowed upon them.
