State Police Arrest Five in Fitchburg on Illegal Gun and Drug Charges
It was shortly after 3:00 a.m. this morning that Yarmouth Police put out a BOLO (Be On The Lookout) for a black Nissan Pathfinder that was wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting in their town. At about 5:15 a.m., Trooper Kyle Flanagan of the State Police Barracks in Leominster spotted the suspect vehicle on Main Street in Fitchburg. Trooper Flanagan stopped the vehicle with assistance from additional State Police and Fitchburg Police on Harvard Street in Fitchburg. Upon further investigation, police located a firearm and a quantity of what is believed to be marijuana in the vehicle. They subsequently arrested the following people on the following charges:
- 19-year-old Jessica L. Schwenk, of 24 Winchester Dr. South Dennis, MA
- 20-year-old Jill M. Parsons, of 16 South St. South Yarmouth, MA
- 20-year-old Ronald Lagos, of 31 Highland St. Fitchburg, MA
- 24-year-old Sean N. Mitchell, of 84 Adams St. Leominster, MA
- 19-year-old William R. Linde, of 145 Madison Rd. Fitchburg, MA
- 269-10 Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm w/o a License
- 269-10 Possession of a Firearm w/o a License
- 269-10 Possession of Ammunition
William Linde has an additional charge of 94C-32 Possession of Class D Substance.
All were transported to the State Police Barracks in Leominster for booking pending their arraignment in Fitchburg District Court.
