State Police Make 3 More Arrests Related to the Route 2 Pumpkin Throwing Incidents

Today, State Police personnel from the Athol Barracks made three more arrests related to the pumpkin throwing incidents that occurred on Route 2 throughout late September and early October of 2006.

Christopher Everbeck, age 20 of 48 Richardson Drive in Fitchburg was arrested and charged with the following: Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Malicious Destruction of Property, Larceny, and Dropping Objects on a Roadway. He is currently being held at the State Police Barracks in Leominster and will arraigned tomorrow in Winchendon District Court.

Alaina J. Bouchard, age 17 of 84 Redemption Rock Trail in Sterling was arrested and charged with the following: Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Malicious Destruction of Property, Larceny, and Dropping Objects on a Roadway. She is currently being held at the Franklin County Sheriff's Department and will be arraigned tomorrow in Winchendon District Court.

Nathan Gray, age 26 of 49 Center Road in Shirley was arrested and charged with the following: Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Malicious Destruction of Property, Larceny, and Dropping Objects on a Roadway. He is currently being held at the State Police Barracks in Athol and will be arraigned tomorrow in Winchendon District Court.

Members of the Harvard Police Department, the Littleton Police Department, the Phillipston Police Department, the Templeton Police Department and the Westminster Police Department assisted the State Police throughout this investigation.

The pumpkin throwing incidents remain under further investigation. However, no further information is currently available for disclosure so please do not contact the barracks directly.
