MASSACHUSETTS MOST WANTED SEX OFFENDER ARRESTED IN MILO, ME

Today at approximately 11:30 a.m., John J. Manning, a 37 year-old level-three "high risk" sex offender was arrested in Milo, ME by the Maine State Police on two warrants for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender issued out of the Fall River District Court. The arrest came as a result of information developed by the Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Section on a "tip" called into the 800-Kapture line Saturday night after the "Most Wanted" were featured on Fox 25 News.

MANNING was located at 9 Spring Street in Milo, Maine. He was taken into custody by the Maine State Police without incident and transported to the Piscataquis County jail for booking. He will be arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice at the Piscataquis County Courthouse in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine in the morning. If Manning waives rendition, he will be returned to the Fall River District Court to face the above charges.
