Endangered Child Advisory from the City of Brockton

The Massachusetts State Police and the Brockton Police Department have located 5-year-old Derek PRATT. This took place at approximately 4:30 a.m. today and he was unharmed.

James HOWE has not been located and he is believed to be traveling in a brown 2001 Kia Optima, bearing Massachusetts Registration 2926YO. The vehicle was last seen at 11:00 a.m. today at the Kentucky Fried Chicken on North Martello Street in Brockton.

James HOWE is described as a white male, 39 years of age, 6'3", 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
