CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

(U/LES) Richard M. BOUCHER Jr. is wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at approximately 0114 hrs on Cortelli Court in Plymouth, MA. He currently has warrants in WMS for Murder (M.G.L. 265, Section 1), Armed Assault with Intent to Murder, and Possession of a Firearm without an ID card (M.G.L. 269, Section 10). BOUCHER is described as a male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, with bushy hair. He is estimated to weigh approximately 165 pounds.
