Traffic Advisory Route 128 North in Waltham

The one vehicle tractor-trailer rollover accident on Route 128 North at Exit 26 in the Waltham area is expected to affect traffic for the next several hours.

Three of four travel lanes are now open for traffic, however an additional lane will be intermittently closed to facilitate the removal of the tractor-trailer. The breakdown lane will remain closed until the scene is cleared. The driver suffered minor injuries.

Troopers from numerous area barracks as well as from the Commercial Motor Vehicle Enforcement Section are on scene working to clear the area as quickly as possible.

The ramp from Route 20 West to Route 95 North in Waltham is closed until the crash scene is cleared. Traffic at this time is backed up to Route 9 in Wellesley.

Commuters should seek alternative routes of travel.
