MA Non-Criminal Fire and Building Code Violation-Notice Program

Pursuant to the MGL Chapter 304 of the Acts of 2004, "Massachusetts Fire Safety Act," the Department of Fire Services and the Department of Public Safety will provide initial services to those municipalities voluntarily wishing to join this program to enforce non-criminal fire and building code violations. DFS coordinate the hearings officers training and DPS will provide one complimentary ticket booklet to both the fire department and building department.
