Resident Firearms Identification (FID) Cards

Resident Aliens
Persons who are residents of Massachusetts but are not citizens of the United States or lawful permanent resident aliens (green card holders), must obtain a Resident Alien Permit to possess non-large capacity rifles, shotguns, ammunition, and chemical propellant spray.
