The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) federal funding presents a myriad of public safety opportunities in Massachusetts. Those dollars, meant for public safety initiatives, will be used for community oriented policing, stopping violence against women, fire stations, port security, and emergency shelters.
