The Case Management Unit (CMU) acts as a point of contact between the Forensic Services Group and its Stakeholders. The CMU facilitates the assignment of certain casework throughout the lab to ensure that the Stakeholder's requests, priorities, and expectations are fulfilled. The CMU generates monthly benchmark and statistical reports regarding all FSG unit casework and assignment activities.
