• Sheila Gallagher, Legal Issues Coordinator

    Sheila Gallagher, is the Legal Issues Coordinator for the Municipal Police Training Committee who is responsible for disseminating updates for cases and legislation that affect policing in Massachusetts.  Sheila will also assist in reviewing, revising and developing recruit and in-service professional development training offered to state and local police.

Legal Issues Curricula

MPTC Legal Issues curricula developed for this training year's professional development mandated by the MPTC Committee.  At a minimum, the legal update class provided by agencies must include the cases and statutes identified by MPTC in addition to any other laws or cases discussed.
