MPTC Academies

The MPTC delivers training through a statewide system of regional police academies, municipal police academies, municipal police department training sites, temporary training sites and space provided by community colleges and other educational facilities. The regional training academies are closely affiliated with the municipal police departments in the region that they serve and are responsive to the training requirements of the departments they train. The MPTC Training Academies are located in Boylston, Foxboro, New Bedford, Plymouth, Reading and Western Mass (STCC) .

The MPTC Certified Academies are Boston, Lowell, Springfield, Worcester and the MBTA. Training is also conducted in satellite locations, such as Waltham PD and Foxboro.
