Step one:As a family member or friend, if you have a comment, concern or question about an inmate you should first communicate with the facility where the inmate is housed through Step 1. Facility staff are best equipped to assist you. In addition, all health related concerns should be addressed through the Step 1 process designated for the Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Services.




Step two:Please wait 10 business days for response to your Step 1 inquiry. At that time if you feel your concerns have not been addressed, you may contact the Office of Administrative Resolution via Step 2 of the citizen inquiry process and they will provide you with clarification pertaining to the response you have received.
