As a family member or friend, if you have a comment, concern or question about an inmate you should first communicate with the facility where the inmate is housed through Step 1. Facility staff are best equipped to assist you. In addition, all health related concerns should be addressed through the Step 1 process designated for the Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Services.
