The mission of the Administrative Services Division is to professionally manage all Department of Correction financial resources and assets in compliance with policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and laws while promoting best value practices in the procurement of goods and services. The Division of Administrative Services is comprised of the following units:

Fiscal Services
Fiscal Services is responsible for the oversight of all departmental funds and manages the procurement of goods and services for all institutions, divisions, and programs within the Department of Correction. It is also responsible for the oversight and administration of all the agency's procurement of contract services including construction contracts. All purchasing, vendor payments, and corresponding financial record keeping are done by Fiscal Services. All agency-wide Requests for Responses (RFR) along with corresponding contract awards are developed and issued from this office. In addition, all contract dispute resolution is managed through this office. Fiscal Services is located in Milford Headquarters with a regional office located in Concord.

Division of Support Services
This division is responsible for the audit function within the Department of Correction and the oversight of all inmate funds managed by the Inmate Management System. Direction and guidance is provided to the Director of Administrative Services in the development and maintenance of all department policies pertaining to the financial resources and assets of the department. The Central Clothing Warehouse is also under the jurisdiction of this unit. The Central Clothing Warehouse is responsible for the procurement, inventory, and issuance of all staff uniforms, inmate clothing, and inmate bedding.

Division of Food Services
The Food Services Division provides oversight for all departmental food services, including menu planning, procurement of food product, and policy development and compliance audits pertaining to the provision of food services within the Department of Correction.
