Charles Doucette Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Battery With A Dangerous Weapon

Charles Doucette, 51, of 18 Dolloff Avenue, Beverly, pleaded not guilty this afternoon in Salem District Court to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, (to wit, a motor vehicle), threat to commit a crime (to wit, to kill), and intimidation of a witness.

Judge Robert Brennan ordered Doucette held without bail and continued his case until February 24 for a dangerousness hearing.
