Salem Woman Arraigned on Assault Charges
Dominique Hans, 8 Heritage Drive, Salem, was arraigned on charges of assault & battery and disorderly conduct today in Salem District Court.
Judge Michael C. Lauranzano released Hans on the condition that she stay away and have no contact with the alleged victim and her family, stay away from the bus and bus stop of the alleged victim, and comply with Department of Children and Families orders. Hans was also given a bail warning, which means if she does not comply with the conditions of release, she can be held for 60 days. Hans had posted $1,000 cash bail yesterday.
The Commonwealth was represented by Assistant District Attorney Matthew Hemond. Hans was represented by Mark McNally. Hans must appear in court on March 15, 2012 for a pre-trial conference.
