• Automotive Technician Technology

    This program covers the specialty areas of the automobile and is designed to teach the ASE/NATEF skill sets. Emphasis is placed on electrical/electronic theory and troubleshooting skills. The guidelines are structured so that the job applicant should be able to garner ASE certification in his chosen area.

  • Culinary Arts

    Food safety, storage, preparation and sanitization are the topics covered in this four-part course.

  • Graphic Arts

    Typesetting, layout, design, offset press operation, usage of single and two-color press, camera/plate making procedures and bindery operations are taught in the department's print shop.

  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

    The principles of heating, ventilation and air conditioning are taught, along with components and accessories used in the trade.

  • School of Barbering

    All areas of men's hair cutting are taught, including shaving and facials.
