  • G.L. c. 268A, Section 6

    This section of the conflict of interest law applies to matters in which a STATE employee, his immediate family members, business partners and business organizations with which he is associated, or a business organization or individual with whom he is negotiating or has an arrangement concerning future employment, has a financial interest.

  • G.L. c. 268A, Section 13

    This section of the conflict of interest law applies to matters in which a COUNTY employee, his immediate family members, business partners and business organizations with which he is associated, or a business organization or individual with whom he is negotiating or has an arrangement concerning future employment, has a financial interest.

    This section of the conflict of interest law applies to matters in which a MUNICIPAL employee, his immediate family members, business partners and business organizations with which he is associated, or a business organization or individual with whom he is negotiating or has an arrangement concerning future employment, has a financial interest.
