Don't Miss Our Export Logistics and Regulatory Compliance Certificate Series starting October 17!
In today’s complex export environment, regulatory compliance and traditional logistical issues are inextricably linked. Simple logistical mistakes may have repercussions that can lead to noncompliance with U.S. export regulations and foreign customs requirements. Companies that don’t take a holistic approach to all of these issues will leave themselves open to fines, customs seizures, delays, and possible enforcement action. Click on Seminars link for further info.

Exporters need to know about the New Census Regulations...don't miss our seminar on November 13!
As of September 30, exporters and forwarders are required to comply with new AES filing
U.S. Census
deadlines depending upon the mode of transportation. The new regulations also have tougher penalty provisions that will affect all parties to the export transaction. Penalties can reach $10,000 per violation for delayed filing, failure to file, or filing false export information. Click on Seminars & Events link for further info.
