Doing Business in India

Discover new business opportunities in India and learn from a visiting delegation led by the Indian Consulate General in New York on how to best succeed in the Indian market.

The South Asian Arts Council, the US-India Business Council, the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment (MOITI), and the City of Boston invite companies and business leaders interested in exploring or expanding their international business activities in the World’s fourth largest economy to this networking luncheon and presentation.

Malaysia Market Opportunities for Aerospace and Defense

U.S. Commercial ServiceOn March 26–27, the U.S. Commercial Service office in Boston will be hosting one of our International Trade Specialists from Malaysia, Randall Liew.

Mr. Liew works in the Commercial Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and is responsible for assisting U.S. companies in the Aerospace and Defense sectors interested in exporting to Malaysia. He provides counseling to U.S. companies on business opportunities, market trends, and market entry/expansion strategies for his geographical territory.  

Mr. Liew started his work career in 1985 working in the private sector in turnaround management and production planning before joining the High Commission of Canada in Kuala Lumpur in 1993 as their Commercial Officer and later as the Economic and Political Analyst. 

Mr. Liew joined the US Commercial Service in 2008. His current sector responsibilities includes Architectural, Construction, Automotive, Defense, Oil & Gas, Marine, Safety & Security, Defense and Aerospace. He received his tertiary education majoring in Economics from Carleton University, Ottawa Ontario Canada.
