Networking Evening on Boston Harbor
Event

16, 2010To celebrate the first year of the
Compliance Alliance, we held a networking reception hosted by the
law firm of Goulston & Storrs. The event was held on their
waterfront deck overlooking Boston Harbor. Members connected with
their peers in the global trade regulatory compliance community
while enjoying an evening on beautiful Boston Harbor!

China Export Regulatory Update
June 23, 2009
The first briefing for the Compliance Alliance was held at Teradyne's
facility in North Reading. Attendees learned about export regulations and procedures unique
to China. Topics included advanced shipping requirements, U.S. export
regulations and restrictions, special documentation, duty zones, used
equipment regulations and denial screenings. Networking followed the
event.

Launch Event for the Compliance Alliance
May 21, 2009
The Massachusetts Export Center
recently held a conference on Developing an Export Management and
Compliance Program, followed by the launch of the Export Center’s
Compliance Alliance initiative. The conference and launch were highly
successful and attracted exporters from throughout the region.
