Operators of Drinking Water Supply Facilities are employed by local water distribution and treatment facilities. They are responsible for chemically treating and then distributing our drinking water.

PLEASE NOTE: As of June 30, 2021, all Operators of Drinking Water Supply Facilities licensing applications must be submitted online through the Commonwealth’s ePLACE Portal.  Applications that are mailed to the board’s office will be returned.
