The dates, times and locations of the 2008-2009 health fairs are as follows. All health fairs are in Massachusetts. Note that the GIC will have four Saturday dates for your convenience. Children are welcome. Plan representatives and Group Insurance Commission Representatives will be there to answer any questions you may have.

On Wednesday, April 16, 2008 from Noon to 5:00 PM at Wrentham Developmental Center, Graves Auditorium, Littlefield Street, Wrentham

On Friday, April 18, 2008 from 11:00 to 2:00 PM at Hampden County Sheriff’s Department, Hampden County Correctional Center, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow

On Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Mass Maritime Academy, Baystate Conference Center - Cafeteria, Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay
