This course is for all GIC Coordinators using the MAGIC system, whose job duties include processing employee insurance coverage.

Take this eLearning course to learn how to do the following:

    • Log into MAGIC.
    • Add health, LTD, optional life and/or dental/vision coverage for new employees (dental/vision for managers, executive office and legislative employees only)
    • Withdraw any GIC coverage
    • Modify health or dental/vision coverage
    • View employees' family health coverage
    • View coverage history
    • View billing data
    • Search for employees by name

    • You can also use eLearning (or our web site) to access GIC Policies and Procedures including New Insurance Enrollment and Insurance Coverage changes.
