GOVERNOR PATRICK SWEARS IN GARRY INGE AS AN ASSOCIATE JUSTICE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT

BOSTON - Thursday, June 18, 2009 - Governor Patrick today swore in Garry V. Inge as an Associate Justice of the Superior Court. The ceremony took place at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston.

"Garry is fair-minded, compassionate, and highly respectful of the law," said Governor Patrick. "These qualities and his commitment to public service and justice will serve us all well on the bench."

Before becoming a Superior Court Judge, Inge spent three decades as a trial lawyer representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters, including complex tort actions including products and premises liability, personal injury, automobile, and medical malpractice. Inge is a Boston resident and graduate of Boston University and Suffolk University Law School.
