Thursday, August 23, 2007 - The Patrick Administration announced that a team led by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Falmouth won a $97.7 million award from the not-for-profit Joint Oceanographic Institutions (JOI) to build an ocean observation system off the Massachusetts coast.
