Bonuses and Student Loan Repayment

The Massachusetts Army National Guard State Incentive Office is responsible for the management of the Student Loan Repayment Program and Enlistment/Retention Bonus Programs.

• Non-Prior Service Bonus: up to $20,000 for qualifying applicants
• Prior Service Bonus: up to $15,000 for qualifying applicants
• Affiliation Bonus: up to $20,000 for qualifying prior service Active Duty Soldiers
• Extension Bonus: up to $15,000 for qualifying Soldiers who extend their enlistment
• Student Loan Repayment Program: up to $20,000 toward repayment of qualifying student loans
