Economic Development Incentive Program
The Economic Development Incentive Program (EDIP) is a tax incentive program designed to foster job creation and stimulate business growth throughout the Commonwealth. Participating companies may receive state and local tax incentives in exchange for job creation, manufacturing job retention and private investment commitments.

The Economic Assistance Coordinating Council (EACC) considers projects for local and state tax incentives.

Regional Directors of the Massachusetts Office of Business Development (MOBD) are your primary points of contact for eligibility screening, application development and submissions.

The EACC Board will meet quarterly each year. Please see our calendar for dates, times and locations.
