This is to advise you that the Department of Housing & Community Development is proposing amendments to regulation 760 CMR 4.00 General Administration of Local Housing Authorities. These proposed amendments are currently posted on the Department’s website:  http://www.mass.gov/dhcd/
Hard copies of these proposed amendments will be available for inspection at the offices of DHCD during regular business hours (8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) prior to and during the public hearing.
 
We encourage your input on these amendments either through written comments which should be directed to DHCD, Bureau of Housing Management, 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 300, Boston, MA 02114, Attention: Paul McPartland, Asset Management Coordinator, or oral testimony at the public hearing scheduled below:
