            This memo is to confirm notification that Chubb Group of Insurance Companies (Chubb) is the current carrier for Boiler & Machinery Insurance coverage for all state-aided public housing.  As such, Chubb provides the requisite inspection services for all boilers and appurtenant building structures pursuant to current applicable regulations.
 
            Please cooperate with these inspectors when they visit your sites and respond to any problems in a reasonable manner.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the inspections or reports, please call me at 617-573-1227.
