Jim Ermilio is a senior executive with extensive and varied business experience in the private and public sectors.  Prior to joining the Massachusetts Office of Business Development, he served as Special Counsel to Secretary Greg Bialecki in the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, where he assisted the Secretary on a wide range of economic development policy issues and helped formulate the state’s economic development plan. In the private sector, Jim served as both the Head of Massachusetts Operations and the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the leading property and casualty insurance company in the Commonwealth.   His wide-ranging business experience also includes his work at a major Boston-based law firm, his father's small family-owned business in Worcester, a global pharmaceutical company, and a local business consulting firm.
