Policy regarding EDIP Contract Agreements
Adopted and made effective on May 23, 2013

For purposes of this policy, “approval” and “approved” shall refer to the EACC’s approval of a Controlling Business’ project proposal for certification as a Certified Project.  Following approval, the Controlling Business must execute with the EACC an Economic Development Incentive Program Agreement (“EDIP Agreement”). Projects approved by the EACC shall not be certified as Certified Projects until the Controlling Business executes EDIP Agreement. If the Controlling Business fails to execute and return the EDIP Agreement within 45 days of the date of the EACC’s approval, the EACC’s approval shall expire.
