Office of Performance Management & Oversight

The Office of Performance Management & Oversight (OPMO) measures the performance of all public and quasi-public entities engaged in economic development.  All agencies are required to submit an annual plan aligned with the Commonwealth's economic development strategy -- Choosing to Compete in the 21st Century.   Progress on goals and objectives are updated throughout the year at www.mass.gov/compete and included in each agency's annual report.
