Section 8 Administrative Plan: After consideration of public comments, DHCD has made the following changes to its Section 8 Administrative Plan effective 7/1/09. These changes reflect DHCD's new status as a full Moving-to-Work (MTW) PHA and are consistent with its HUD approved MTW Plan. For a summary of these changes click here  .
