The Data Release Review Board (DRRB) considers applications for the Health Care Quality and Cost Council's Health Care Claims dataset every other month. The DRRB will make reasonable efforts to notify applicants of its decision within 45 days of each scheduled application submission date.

He oversees the State Rating Bureau as a party to statutory rate hearings for automobile, workers compensation and Medicare Supplement products.
