House Bill 14: An Act Relative to Energy Management Services

AN ACT RELATIVE TO ENERGY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 169 of the acts of 2008, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:

(13) develop requirements which shall be included in any energy management services contract entered into under this chapter.
