This MCPPO continuing education seminar will focus on the procedural requirements of Section 16 of M.G.L. c. 30B related to the acquisition and disposition of interests in real property. It will place the Chapter 30B procedures in the context of other statutes governing real property and public construction; the class will also look at some sample procurements involving land transactions, making buildings available for new uses, and best practices for planning for the acquisition or disposition of interests in land by public agencies.
