Over the years, the Office of the Inspector General has used the Procurement Bulletin as a means to provide procurement officials with information on topics including developments in the law, noteworthy legal cases, questions and answers about M.G.L. c. 30B, and the Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official program.
We have created an index of past Procurement Bulletins for your use as a research tool. The following index has been compiled to cover Procurement Bulletins from volume 6 (2000) through volume 17 (June 2011).
In our efforts to make the Procurement Bulletin index as user-friendly as possible, we have streamlined the notation of pinpoint references as follows:
- Volume = v
- Number (Issue) = n
- Page = p
For example, a discussion on "chief procurement officer (CPO) delegation," which can be found in volume 6, number 4, page 3, from the year 2000, will appear in the index as follows: "chief procurement officer (CPO), chief procurement officer (CPO) delegation, v6 n4 p3 2000."
