Mr. Jones of North Reading, Ms. Rogeness of Longmeadow, Mr. Peterson of Grafton, Mr. Lepper of Attleboro and Mr. deMacedo of Plymouth move that House bill, No. 4404 be amended by adding at the end thereof the following sections:-

“SECTION ____. Paragraph (6) of subsection (d) of section 29 of chapter 151A of the general laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 125, by striking out the words “the Social Security Act or”.

SECTION _____. Said paragraph (6) of subsection (d) of said section 29 of said chapter 151A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:— Payments received under the Social Security Act shall not be subject to the provisions of this paragraph.”.
