Mr. Golden, Mr. K. Murphy and Mr. Nangle of Lowell move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100 by inserting after the words “from this item;” the following:

      “provided further, that not less than 5,000,000 shall be expended for the demolition, design and reconstruction of the Bellegarde Boat House in the city of Lowell;”
