Mr. Golden, Mr. K. Murphy and Mr. Nangle of Lowell move that the bill be amended in section

2, in item 4800-0038 by adding following:

“provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to support the family center

component of the Greater Lowell Family Resource Center”
