Mr. Golden, Mr. K. Murphy and Mr. Nangle of Lowell move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2320-0100 by adding the following:

      “provided further, that not less thank 1,000,000 shall be expended for the demolition, design, and reconstruction of the Bellegarde boat house in the city of Lowell.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “620,103” and inserting in place thereof the figures “1,620,103”.
