Mr. Donelan of Orange moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4800-1400, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the New England Learning Center for Women in Transition Survivor’s Project in Berkshire, Hampden, Franklin and Hampshire Counties.”
