Mr. Donelan of Orange and Mr. Kulik of Worthington move that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $275,000 shall be appropriated for Franklin Medical Center’s Beacon Recovery Program at The Orange Recovery House.”
