Mr. Swan of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 8100-0000 by adding the following: “provided further that not less than the amount of $250,000.00 shall be expended to the Dunbar Community Center (DCC), Inc., so-called, in Springfield to operate the DCC Teen Safe Zone Program.”
