Mr. Swan of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 7003-0702, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $75,000.00 shall be expended to the Partners for a Healthier Community to implement the Springfield Health Careers Partnership Program, so-called, in the City of Springfield.”
